  • Take Rte. 28 to exit 15 (Natrona Heights / Brackenridge)
 
  • Coming from Pittsburgh, make a right turn at the end of the exit ramp onto Burtner Rd. (coming from Kittanning, make a left turn at the end of the ramp)
 
  • Follow Burtner Rd. until you reach a traffic light (approx. 1 Mile).
 
  • Make a sharp right at the light onto Freeport Rd.
 
  • Allegheny-Kiski Health Foundation is located in the third building on your right (2217 Freeport Rd.); parking is right in front of the building.
