Self Care with Diabetes: You Are Worth It!

October 16, 2024 from 6:00pm – 7:30 pm at One Acee Drive, Natrona Heights.– Join the Allegheny-Kiski Health Foundation as we welcome Diabetes expert Denise Kissel, RN, BSN, CDCES. Denise will discuss the 7 Self Care Behaviors to Promote Optimal Health: Healthy Eating; Being Active; Monitoring; Taking Medication; Problem Solving; Healthy Coping and Reducing Risks.

The Seminar is Free and Open to the Public. Refreshments and a Free Raffle Ticket will be given to each attendee.
