Active Shooter

July 31, 2024 – 6:30 – 8:30 pm – Gun violence can occur anywhere that people congregate including workplace, shopping centers, etc.  Active Shooter Training is a proactive effort that teaches the steps that can be taken to keep ourselves and others safe in today’s increasingly violent society.  The AKH Foundation’s Active Shooter presentation will address preparedness, warning signs, surviving an incident, and safety after the event.  This presentation will be made by officers from the Saxonburg Police Department and Community One Public Safety Training (COPS-1) Executive Director, Robert Makowski.

The Active Shooter Presentation is generously sponsored by Parts by Cochran.  The seminar is free and open to the public.  Reservations are required, call 724-294-3157.
